Bill is a former Marine and Vietnam veteran. Bill graduated from the University of California – Santa Barbara with a degree in economics. In 1986 he earned a postgraduate credential in Financial Planning from UCLA. He holds numerous professional designations in the areas of Financial, Retirement, Estate and Divorce Planning and is NASD Series 7, 63 and 24 licensed.

As a financial columnist his articles and opinions have been published in – the Boston Business Journal, New York Times, Boston Globe, Boston Herald, Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, USA Today and various local newspapers.

Bill has hosted "The Money Talk Show" 96.9FM Boston and been a guest on the Business Talk Radio 1030AM.

He is a Registered Principal with Linsco / Private Ledger – an independent broker dealer. He is the founder and President of the Metro-west CPA / LAW Forum, which provides continuing professional education to CPAs and Attorneys. He has contributed to the investment industry as an “Arbitrator” for the National Association of Securities Dealers, NASD.

Bill’s local community service work has included a two-year term as Chairman of the Hopkinton Economic Development Commission. He is also a Founding Member and Treasurer of a Non-Profit Veteran’s Memorial Foundation providing college scholarships to needy high school graduates. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts. Bill founded Atlantic Capital Management in 1987.


Lydia Cetera, Office Administrator

Lydia grew up in Krakow, Poland. After competing on national level in gymnastics she attended Engineering School in Krakow and later switched to Business School in Warsaw where she obtained an Associates Degree in International Business. She defected to the United States in 1977 with her daughter. She has held positions with IBM, McDonnell-Douglas-Tymnet Division, British Telecom and the Immigration and Naturalization Service. She moved to Boston to be close to her daughter who is an emergency room physician. Lydia joined the firm in June 1999.


Chris Tobey, Operations Specialist

Chris graduated from Providence College, Providence, RI in 2002 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management. Chris was the captain of the Providence College Golf Team earning honors such as being selected to the First Team All-New England. Prior to joining the firm, Chris was employed by Boston Financial Data Services working as an Account Specialist. Chris joined the firm in August 2004.
